Well thats a hard one... Dont really think you can learn this from a text. And it takes way longer time than you think. You kinf of have to know what he likes, but not by asking friends and all (that just doesnt work, because not even the guy can tell his friend what he likes in girls) It comes by "experimenting" see what cloathes catch his attention, what kind of music does he listen to (try to understand what he likes about certain bands) and so on...
Its really hard work i have to say
And as i have mentioend before, dont go asking other people, coz thats too childish and movielike

OK, dear! What? Why don't you make the first move. Ask your friend if he is interested in doing things with you, just the both of you. Tell him how you really feel about him. I mean really, realy tell him how you feel. Be really mushy, yet, not too mushy. But this will end your freindship if you're not careful. Good enough, yes?

ask him who he likes and if he answers back why, tell him i like you, because when you flirt with a guy we never take the hint you like us we tend to ponder if you like us or not and by time we do figure out you do, you girls tend to lose your intrest in us cause you feel we dont like you easy way to figure out is just kiss us or give us a note saying you like us but what turns us away is when you flirt with us but dont say high to us afterwards because we start to get mad or disappointed because we feel that you are just a flirt.

Try flirting with him....if he flirts back, it's likely that he likes you...Also see if he makes eye contact with you...Give him your number and tell him to call you...if he calls you, he likes you.... at least that's what I do when I like a girl.
