That sucks. But you have to remind yourself things will get better.

Soon you will find someone who will make you wonder why you wasted all this time feeling bad.

Get out and do things. Not just to meet someone, but to take your mind off of it. That is how you may accidentally meet the girl of your dreams.

Take some lessons, scuba, photography, snowboarding anything that gets you moving and active with others. Then joing photography club or something where you go to mixers and outings with others. That will help.

Really your heart will heal. Just hang in there. :)

I know what it feels like to have a broken heart. You feel that emptiness and you miss them so much it makes your heart ache. Yeah, I've been there.

I've learned that you don't "get over" these things. You learn to accept it for what it is. If the relationship did not work, you have to come to terms with that.

That despite your efforts, despite all that you wanted, it just didn't work out. And maybe, in some crazy way it is better for the both of you.

I found that if you admit feelings it helps. Don't feel guilty for feeling bad or sad, it happens. But don't get lost in those feelings. You have to get back on the horse, think about you and do stuff for you for awhile.

Speaking for experience, it does get better you just need to grieve for awhile and deal with the feelings that come and gradually you accept it, and no matter if the relationship is over, you will always have your memories, something that not even a break up can take away.

I just ended a relationship with someone. There were some issues and I felt that that person wasn't as into me anymore anyway. I surround myself with others who genuinely love me and care about me. I try not to get bent out of shape over ONE person in the whole entire world who was not that into me anymore. I have faith that I will meet someone else, someone as willing to put forth as much effort into a relationship as I am. One who is worth putting the time into and being happy about. Still, I know it's tough and you just don't stop caring about someone overnight.

Yea, I phase in and out of that one... it's been one month for me. Um- I don't remember what the advice I got was... it's um.. that there are seven BILLION people out there, and now that you're equipped with better skills, you KNOW you're gonna find someone different. Yea- maybe not better, but different. But isn't that one of the random points of life, anyways? To meet others, and love them, etc? Idk- good luck mate.

I'm with you...just take it day by day and realize they needed you more than you need them...that or just find a girl to hump and hope you get over the old one.

one day at a time, and sometimes one hour at a time.

Seriously, it will take about two years to heal - Keep in there.
