I'm sorry, what do you mean?
If you ran for about 30 mins a day, 5 days a week, you will start to lose body fat and gain muscle in your legs.

a good running bra is probably a good idea...
you leave no choice but...to ponder your question, as, it is unanswerable really...
but, running is okay if your this height and weight...it will help you trim down...I would go slowly and, perhaps walk ...then run again...and etc.
dont let the other answers make you think you are fat...because truly if you wear a size 12 or 14 that is the average american woman...(truly)...look around...

you would burn the calories and the fat that has developed in your midrange section. If you were to run and also do situps you would see a thinner and also more defined six pack over a period of time and hard work.
