Would you like to catch a movie this Friday at 7:30? Or....If you're not busy, maybe we can hang out sometime? Be straight forward and let him know that you're interested in him. It's best if you asked him directly in private. Pull him aside after class. And just let the words come out naturally. Don't memorize something to ask him. Let it happen as it may.

Ask in person, or just invited on a "date" too see if you still would like to be his gf, but don't write something down unless you would want the whole world to read it, or it is in regards to an agreement (aka contract) of some type, or it is your book report paper for American Lit Class :)

Go to the movies. You don't exactly have to ask, but always be yourself. It should come naturally ( what I mean is that your relationship will build up as you go). He'll feel unprepared. You don't want to be too mushy (kissing, hugging) at the beginning, though. It might make him feel uncomfortable and think that you're too crazy about it. It all takes time. Don't upset him, though. Also, boys don't want to be embarrased (at least that's what I think), so don't go too crazy about.

Don't write. I don't think you should, people might think its immature. To me, the best way is go up to him and ask him, if he say no than just try to get over it I mean guys come and go just don't be sad or cry or anything like that because your just wasting your time and tears

I think it is best to get him alone, without his or your friends and just talk to him. See if he is interested in you. If you think he is then ask him out. If you start going out then let things happen. Just remember, if he says no, it is not a reflection on you. You are fine the way you are!

You dont ask ppl to be your bf/gf anymore. It just comes naturally. You go out, have fun, start holding hands, maybe kiss.
All depends on your age and character.
Good luck
