I have really small legs and angles and i want to know how do i make them bigger without actually going to the gym it seems like everything gets bigger on my body but my legs i wanted to know how do i make them look more fuller, and athletic but not to atheletic and how to make the front of my leg look bigger. and how to make my ankles bigger also. i did calf raises yesterday and my front abd back of leg is sore, and my thighs are to is it working.

And what types of foods are rich in protein.

when you work out any body part of your body give it a day to rest then workout the next day,in better words workout your muscules every other day.muscules grow when they rest.for exp:monday do lower body workouts.tuesday upperbody ,wednesday lower body,thursday do upper body and so on.drink milk to it heal ure muscules faster.streth and warm up before working out.and cool down when your finished because your blood is pumping oxygen and if you stop right away you can have blood clogs .for your legs do squats ,lunges,calf raises are good too.when you do squats or any type of physical fitness dont go to fast ,like when doing squat when you raise use your leg muscules and raise slowly do about 50 a day and every week add 10 more.do cardio and jogging everyday for stamina.bike riding could be your best choice,going up hill,it burns your legs but its great .good luck and keep up the good work.
p.s my legs are very muscular

Same problem here dude. For the calf muscles in the back, just do calf raises. I do like 150 till they burn, and the next morning i fell sore like you do, but thats a good sign. For the front (shin), I actually sit down on a chair, put my feet on the ground, and and tap my feet up and down till i feel a burn in my front leg. GOOD LUCK !!!

Chicken is high in protein, but not fried. also beans
