You should be able to get eucerin products from most drugstores, like longs or a pharmacy in the US. If you are not in the US try the website for help locating their products.
As a pharmacy tech, i know that the products are popular, but i cannot give you specific information on how it will or will not help eczema, only that the company claims it will help.
