Muhammad (s) was the last prophet the "seal of prophets".
However, there are signs everywhere about the coming of the day of Judgement and many other things.

Yes, sometimes, yes.
Yes to the first. I do believe there are prophets today, in fact my church has one who leads it, and everyone else that sits at it's head could be considered prophets. People always say that prophets ended with the bible, but Christ said that He would send other prophets to teach and to declare His word.In Matthew 23:34, Christ said: Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city....
However, Christ did warn that false prophets would come (e.g., Matt. 7:15), but this warning only makes sense if there would be true prophets to be distinguished from the false. If there were to be no more prophets, He should have simply said so. Instead, He warned against false prophets and gave clues on how to distinguish them in Matthew 7:15-20:
15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither [can] a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
Also, in Joel 2:28-31 it says: 28 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:
29 And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit.
30 And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.
31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the LORD come.
There are others on prophets, but I won't bore you with more of them. You can look them up if you want to ;).
As far as omens, I do think there are some, but you have to be willing to look for them to see them. Sometimes people take something ordinary and turn it into a bad omen. I don't believe in the old superstitions of black cats, bats, spiders, or anything else like that. I think you make your own bad luck. There are things that lead me to believe that the end days are coming, but you have to understand that all to recognize them, and I don't know them all, so don't quote me on that.
As far as miracles, I believe in miracles very much. Every time a healthy baby is born is a miracle. Modern science with all it's advancements in every day care is a miracle. You can see miracles everyday if you are willing to see them.

yes, no, and yes.
God still speaks through people. That's one of the reasons the Holy Spirit is still on Earth.
a bird or a spider don't come when something bad is going to happen. I just don't believe that
miracles are Gods work. And so He does them.
