hahaha wow, do you have any idea how well steroids work?!?! Oh man, your gonna need to train your butt off if you really want to win this.

you say you used to work out all the time, so im assuming you know your way around a gym and what you need to be doing.
Of course protein is a big part of this. your need to consume 1g per lb you weigh atleast. i weigh 190lb, so i would try to get 190g of protein a day. optimum whey protein is a really good brand, 24g of protein per scoop.
Drink lots of water. you want to aim to drink about a gallon a day. believe me, thats not that hard. just fill up a gallon carton with water and just walk around with it all day. whenever you get thirsty, just take a swig. you'll be surprised at how little is in there at the end of the day.
Now, you said no steroids, but what about prohormones? do you want to take those? or is this you just boasting that you dont need anything? in any case, if you do want to take some, look up hemodrol and propodrol. get those, and stack them together. i guarentee that would level the playing field.

well, hopefully you can prove your point, but if i were you, i would take the steroids lol. your lucky to be in such close reach of getting them...

good luck!

Enroll in a civilian Boot Camp program - they last from four to six weeks. Find one near you on the Internet. That kind of program will get rid of the fat tissue that's taking away from the "ripped" appearance of your muscles, and build overall strength and endurance. Anybody can join, no matter what their physical condition is, and see improvement in two weeks or sooner.
