If you're hungry at night, you most likely aren't getting enough calories in during the day. 1200 is the absolute minimum calorie intake, I hope you weigh about 100 lbs to be consuming that few calories.

But on to answering your question: try an apple with a spoonful of peanut butter to quell your hunger.

I would go with a banana they are only 60-80 calories but they stick to you and you won't be hungry again as fast. The grocery store sells this stuff that is chocolate in a packet and you dip your banana in it and it is really good and super low calorie. You peel and cut about 4-6 bananas in half and put the popsicle sticks in them that come in the box and put them on like a paper plate in your freezer for an hour. Then you run hot water over the packet until the chocolate inside melts. Cut the pouch open and dip the bananas in the chocolate and it is like a DQ dip cone but on a banana. The box says "Banana Pops" on it and its by Concord Foods.Check in the produce section by the bananas. If you go with the chocolate it adds 120 calories, but since its half a banana you only have 30-40 there so it is about 150-160 and it takes a few minutes to eat too. You can also go with sugar free jellos and puddings they will curb your appetite but go to sleep quick becuz you will be hungry again sooner. Good luck with your diet!

Drink a BIG glass of milk - of your choice- before you go to bed. The fat which is in it is satiating, which means it will not leave you feeling hungry. As well the protein from the milk will give you a steady slow releas of energy thru the night that retards your hunger -because milk is asimilated in the intestines and will give you a 'full' signal as you sleep.
