i need to lose weight because im going on vacation in the summer and i cant go to the gym and i will not starve myself and if i get any bigger i will!!! please help me!!!

well actually,if u wanna lose weight,u dun really hv to starve urself.it doesnt really contribute to loss in weight.
all u need to do iz hv a balanced diet n do sum exercise.
u dun hv to stay around d gym 24/7,or jog around ur neighbourhood evry eve.juz as long as u move around more lyke doing chores,walking up d stairs or dancing or wtv.as long as u dun juz sit n eat in front of d tv 24/7.
try it!
n sum ppl said if u wanna lose fat around ur thighs n bottom,d ONLY way iz by walking super fast.
