we really dont know each other well but we have the same class. i really want to walk with her but i dont know how to appproach her.

i had some problems with this myself i'm kind of shy but not really but you just have to make conversation. Since she's in you class and you like her just say hey one day. Help her with some work or something offer her something it'll all lead to you being friends with her and from their you can go further

Start a stupid conversation about the class you just had and hopefully in between points A and B the conversation will shift to something that will allow each of you to learn more about each other. Don't be too shy, keep to topics you know, smile and be friendly, and look her in the eyes, make sure she knows that when she speaks she has your full attention.
You could be like "So how'd you do on that test?" or "That class was so boring today."

You could just be spontaneous. Try not to make it awkward, but rather fun. Say hello with a smile and start a conversation about class or your teacher (something both of you can talk about). Ask where she's going and just state that you're walking her there. Confidence is a great thing.
Spontaneous approaches makes the girl laugh.

corny i know but some guy did this 2 me once and it was cute. walk up to her and ask her a question about the class you were just in, or like comment on the class like " I really hate that class" or something. then just start talking to her normaly.lol. good luck.

well, don't use those crappy pick-up lines. Keep cool. Don't blush (cause if she don't like you, she might think u are weird)
And just ask her if she likes a certain TV show or band, or if she does something that you do.

well am guessing you are quite young , so just fristly go to her and ask for a pen or pencil and then next time try and make a joke .... and just everytime you are anywhere near her try and take notice of what she talks about ,helps you in future to make conversations

You don't have to ask to walk with her, just do it..
You could say " Do you mind if I walk to our next class with you ?" But it is not necessary...
