People tend to loosen their inhibitions in less personal settings such as the internet, so perhaps it would be a good chance to "add" her or whatever it is on this particular site, and see what she has to say about it! You never know if she feels or could feel the same way after hearing about how you feel. If its mutual, ask her out (this should be done in person, i think).

I would avoid this situation at all cost! I think if it is a secret right now it is best to leave it there, or things could go bad for you both. Here is a question you can ask yourself, do I like my job or the coworker more...ultimately one of them will have to go!

Hey, what do you wanna do? Where do you want any relationship to be in 1 week, 1 month, 1 year? Where do you think she wants to be in each of those time frames?

If any of that matches up, you might wanna give her a try, else quit snooping in something that was intended to be private.

This same thing happened to me. I just went up to the guy and told him that I saw his profile - he asked me out and we have been dating for awhile now. They expect to be seen - so go ahead and ask her - good luck!

Ask her out on a date, weither she says yes or no, they like being asked. And if she says yes...bring flowers. It sounds corny, but htey like it!
