What are some good ideas??

I was thinking of entering and doing a couple cartwheels across the stage and running to the middle to start my forms. It is in a talent show, and one of my friends wanted to sing "Fighter" by Xtina Aguilera in the background. I was also thinking of putting a slideshow in the back, using a projecter thingie, and getting some boys to help by letting me flip them. What are some good ways to show off my ability??

Thank you!

Cartwheels are a bad idea, thats gymnastics not karate. Musics good, just make sure your friend can really sing. Flipping a couple of opponents is great. The slide show will detract from them watching you though. Good luck, knock 'em dead!!!

showing off??? ok that really bad.. and cartwheels??? man that is so fake any one can do those! man i have seen people in talent shows that try to do that and they look so fake its not even funny!!!! do a fight seen that is more realistic and really hit the person.... and if you care about thim getting hurt then..get some on you hate..or pay some one or get some one in your schoool... like if i was doing a talent some thing... then ill do a fighting seen and really hit the person.. cause i wouldent care if they person got hurt or not cause they will be fighting back to and ill be hurting to.... man and dont to show off moves do real real bone crushing fighting! unless its going to be really funny like if a person wanted to fight with you cause they heard you do martial arts and they can be like makeing fun of you and chalenging you and trying to do the snake of prayamantise style and you turn your back cause you know better and you wont fight cause you were taught that way and you know better! and then when your walking a way you hear thim dissin your school or your stye and you can be all like NOW ITS ON! and then you fight thim... that would be cool....but if you do do that send me it cause i wanna see it! but really no cartwheels that is so fake! i mean everyone can do it eneryone!!! unless your going to do some tricking then you a head do a cartwheel and a back tuck and a few b-twist! but really tape it i wanna would really like to see what to do and dont do... or you can do the cartwheels what ever you think will make you win and feel good..

i think you should do more karate then the actual singing and slide show. Bruce lee once said, "it is very easy to go up on a stage and to do many fancy things, but expressing myself in my true form is probably the hardest of all."

Weapons demostrations, multiple attackers and single attackers. These all seem to do well for my school. Music draws um in but your talent with techniques will leave them walking away saying, "i want to learn to do that".

breaking is very impressive. our tkd school did a demo and our main show out of self defence and patterns was the breaking. you could do fancy breaks like bkicks or overhead kicking, or you could do power breaking
