"Air head" and "Knumb Nuts" aren't the same thing. Although both used as expletives, "Air head" means that your "Head is in the clouds" or your attention is rapidly drifting off somewhere. "Knumb Nuts" or "NUMB NUTS"on the other hand, means that you don't "feel your balls". In short, a numb nut is a guy with no balls. Hope this helps!
