Alright I went into the dentist office last Thursday and the dentist looked at the xray and said that it had a pretty big hole in it and an abcess so he pulled the tooth. Now the tooth that was next to it started hurting yesterday. Could the abcess spreaded to the other tooth or what?

Did the dentist give you antibiotics for the abcess? If not go back to the dentist and get this checked out. Just pulling the tooth might not have taken care of the infection.

When they pull a tooth, they have to put pressure on the tooth surrounding it. It can often feel like a toothache, but should go away in a day or so. Take 600 mg of Ibuprofen & if it doesn't go away in a few days, call your dental office & let them know.

No, sometimes you can have radiating pain. The pain can persists for a while, but if you have any problems or concerns you can always call your dentist and let him know.

The infection can, so you probably need to be put on an antibiotic.
