i used own a Ford truck which was destroyed in Fire. I don't have the vehicle anymore. But i still have the title for it. Since my insurance didn't pay me anything for the damage and ford didn't make a recall at that point on my vehicle, I'm trying to recoup any possible way I can. Any suggestion helps.

The title you have is invalid, the truck has apparently been reported to the licensing agency as destroyed/totalled. I'm guessing you didn't have full coverage, and that is why you didn't receive any money for the damage. Attempting to use that title is illegal, and really not worth the trouble that will follow if you use it. Save yourself some legal problems on down the road, and send the title in to the state, marking destroyed on it. That will stop someone else from getting your treasure and using your name illegally. I don't think you will recoup anything, maybe should have carried full coverage/comp/collision to begin with.

Well you can, but you won't get much for it unless you have the Vin plates too. Then you could sell them to a chop shop, but that is slightly illegal.
