My girlfriend sent this to me and she is in spanish at school, i speak german, and she is just trying to be cute but i have no clue what the heck it means, somebody please help me!

It means "is it hot here or is you who's hot?

¿Hace calor aquí o eres tú el que está caliente? = Is it hot in here or is it just you?

But in Spanish the phrase doesn't have the same meaning.
