on females the vagina will be right under the butt hole. On males the penal opening is lower, like a centimeter or so.
On a kitten that young, he will have neither a penis or testicles showing.

Gently flip the kitty over.Gently rub your thumb up it's stomach towards it's butt.If it's a male the penis will protrude.It's an old trick we use on the farm.

Flip your kitty over and look near its bum. If you see a little bumpy area between its hind legs then it is a boy...if there are two small holes..one for pooping then it is a girl. Sometimes when they are little you can't tell, especially if the balls haven't dropped.

if you look in the kitty Private area you will see if it's a boy the testicles and if its a girl you wont

Lift the tail if the peehole is real close to the anus its a girl if not its a boy, sometimes you can see balls......you have to look real good.

You see if it has a penis or vagina. They are pretty easy to tell apart if you look closely.
