12 hours a week on a good week. Life can get in the way a lot, however.

Workouts comprise of:
6 hours a week of class time which will vary in it's capacity
6 hours a week of strength and edurance training to keep in good shape for my training.

Roughly 20 to 25 hours a week (4 to 5 hours a day) but haven't train for last few days due to arm injury.

None now.

When I was competing I would train 4 hours a day, 6 days a week. My workout varied though - I didn't always do the same thing.

Workouts included: stretching, road work, rope work, bag work (speed bag, double ended bag and heavy bags, focus pads), weightlifting, shadow boxing, sparring & calisthenics.

I try to work out at least one hour per day, or 7 hours per week, on the average.
