Has anyone felt the need to be perfect or over thinking to many things? If so how do you fix it if you have?

Every day. I don't know that you can "fix" it, but I do know it makes you feel like crap.

I think the best way to go about it is learnign how to manage it. I would recommend seeing a therapist. Many of them can teach you how to react when you feel like you are trying to be perfect. I know this is a hard concept to grasp for perfectionists, but nobody can be perfect, only human. good luck and hope this helps!

God no its so much work just trying to act normal. Perfect is way beyond my grasp
