The amount of financial aid that you can receive varies by school and will depend on whether the school is eligible to offer financial aid.

A cursory look at your school's website shows that they do indeed offer financial aid. They specifically state that they offer Pell Grants and Federal Direct Stafford Loans (which, together, could cover up to $6,675 for a full-time Freshman, [assuming you show that much financial need]). To apply for this funding, you will need to file the FAFSA online at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov. Your school will inform you how much federal aid you are eligible for.

The fact that this school is able to offer these types of aid suggests that they are also able to certify private educational loans as well. Once you receive your federal financial aid package, you can determine how much additional money (if any) you need to borrow. If you are a dependent student, you might consider asking your parents to help by borrowing a Federal PLUS loan from the federal government (http://studentaid.ed.gov/PORTALSWebApp/students/english/parentloans.jsp?tab=funding ). If not, you can seek out private educational funding. I would recommend any of the following companies' private loans:

Sallie Mae: http://www.salliemae.com/content/signature/index.html
Citibank: http://studentloan.citibank.com/slcsite/fr_ccund.asp
Bank of America: http://www.bankofamerica.com/studentbanking/index.cfm?template=stb_bac_loans

If you want to be a cosmetologist, try calling around to see if there are places that would give you on-the-job training. Once you get a job and prove that you're a worthy employee, then you can ask if they offer tuition reimbursement for cosmetology school. Good luck.
