Well, firstly, magick isn't black or white. It's your intention behind it that makes it lean more toward positive or negative. I guess I'd have to ask more questions to be able to give you the information you need. Firstly, what kind of magick are you looking for, and why? Secondly, what are your current beliefs?
Just know that magick is NOT a quick fix for anything. If you're looking for "Harry Potter" type magick, it doesn't exist. But if you're looking at magick as a tool for self and life improvement and as a tool for instrospection, that's another story.

There is no such thing as "black magic". Magic doesn't have a color or a good or bad designation. Barnes adn Nobles is usually where most people start their magic education (stay away from Silver Ravenwolf though), you can buy most of Llewellyn's books there. Witchvox is a website to connect with other witches and is a good place to find people to talk to. Magic is like everything else, there is no success without work, you aren't going to find a spell in a book or on a website that fixes everything.

Black magick is very serious. Magick should not be used to hurt anyone. The Wiccan Rede states that you should hurt no one. The three-fold law states that whatever black or gray magick you perform will come back to you times three. Wiccans themselves don't practice black magick. I honestly would advise yot to not venture into black magick.

Internet sites:
http://www.witchcraft.com.au/
http://www.religioustolerance.org/witchcr4.htm
http://www.wicca.com/
Some books I own:
The Complete Book of Spells, Curses and Magical Recipes By: Leonard R.N. Ashley
The Wordsworth Book of Spells By: Arthur Edward Waite

You can't be bothered to spell out "to" or "websites", can barely put a sentence together -- and you expect to master the techniques of magic?
*laughs and laughs*
I think not. It doesn't look like you're capable of the kind of study it takes. You could get yourself into a lot of trouble fooling around with it, though.

Magic is magic; it doesn't have colors. Oh, and try Google. Or things by Llewellyn publishers. (I wouldn't suggest Silver RavenWolf, though.)
After reading some other responses, I have to agree that if you can't be bothered to spell out the word "to" or capitalize words, you won't be able to do magic very well.

I have a copy with me. I'll sell it to you. I have other interesting things like some magic beans that will grow into a bean stock over night where a giant lives and has a goose that lays golden eggs.
