Your best bet is to go up and ask even if you get rejected. The more times you go up and ask girls out or just to spend time with them, the more courage you will build up.

As a precursor (beforehand), take a shower, dress nice, comb your hair, look good to impress the girl. Wear clothes you like and are comfortable wearing. Drink a coke or do something that makes you comfortable. The more relaxed you are, the easier it will be to talk to this person.

Find out what she likes to do. baseball? soccer? chess? magazines? maybe she likes hollywood gossip. Ask one of her friends and then educate yourself on something she likes so it will be easy to talk to her.

Once to start talking to her, continuing a conversation can be difficult at first... uhh uhh, hows the weather?? so instead of looking stupid and talking nonsense... ask questions about things SHE is interested in. Be interested in what she is saying and think of more questions you could ask her later on. Lets say you asked her what sports she likes and she tells you baseball... tell you her like baseball too, then ask her another question like... do you play ball? have you been to a real game ever?

the main thing is, be comfortable (clothes, hair, etc), ask questions, smile a lot, snap your finger like the Fonz (just kidding), and BE INTERESTED in what she says.

is this a kiddie site???? 11 years old??? asking her out??? are you freakin kidding me??? I bet you don't even know the square root of 16. Stick to school, worry about asking out chicks later. You'd be smart to, why let some chick stress you out at the age of 11 when you can wail til you're about 24 or so...you'll look back and go...geeeez, you mean I volunteered for this crap when I was 11??? You'll appreciate your years of peace and silence in between.

Well, my daughter is 12, and she just turned 12. She has had boyfriends since she was in 2nd grade, that I can remember. Boys actually started asking her to be their girlfriend for school dances, and talking on the phone last year... in 5th grade.

You know how you do it... find out if she likes you, and if she does, just ask her to be your girlfriend! That's pretty much how it goes at your age. You can have a friend ask her if she likes you, or, you could just get your guts up, and maybe give her your desert at lunch time, tell her you think she's really sweet & would like to know if she'll be your girlfriend. Maybe you should just give her your phone number to start off with, and tell her to call you!

I think u're too young 2 even b dating yet cuz u probably haven't gotten experience on how it is with girls. Mayb u should at least wait another year or 2 to start dating.

Good! Neither of you is nearly old enough. Wait until you're about 16 and then try again. Getting into that stuff too early = unhealthy and can cause problems later.

Ha, this is cute. You should approach her in the hallway, or something. Or maybe, write her a note that says, "will you go with me? check yes or no."

good luck with your girllllll!!!
