I believe God is REAL and I believe Jesus Christ is Savior and Lord and God's ONLY Son who died on the Cross for us and rose 3 days later. :) I believe God has plans for His people, and I want to be a Saint, a Disciple of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ so perhaps God will ask us to give everything we have for Him. Whatever He asks, we MUST do! God bless you friend!

Why is it necessary that there be justice after death? Why is it necessary that people who have devoted their lives to God not have wasted their time? You may want these things, and i certainly don't blame you for wanting them, but an unfortunate fact of life is that what we want has no bearing whatsoever on reality.
We tell our children, "You can't always have what you want." Your argument for God's existence amounts to, "It would be most excellent if God were real; therefore, God exists," but we know that the world just doesn't work that way.
Your con argument is similar: Just because some of us don't like the idea of a controlling or callous God doesn't mean that God doesn't exist. However, the argument from suffering does imply that if an omni-God does exist, then It is not good. All theodicies amount to divine excuse-making.

The Lord is vibhu, or omniscient, but the living entity is anu, or atomic. Because he is a living soul, he has the capacity to desire by his free will. Such desire is fulfilled only by the omnipotent Lord. And so, when the living entity is bewildered in his desires, the Lord allows him to fulfill those desires, but the Lord is never responsible for the actions and reactions of the particular situation which may be desired. Being in a bewildered condition, therefore, the embodied soul identifies himself with the circumstantial material body and becomes subjected to the temporary misery and happiness of life. The Lord is the constant companion of the living entity as Paramätmä, or the Supersoul, and therefore He can understand the desires of the individual soul, as one can smell the flavor of a flower by being near it. Desire is a subtle form of conditioning for the living entity. The Lord fulfills his desire as he deserves: Man proposes and God disposes. The individual is not, therefore, omnipotent in fulfilling his desires. The Lord, however, can fulfill all desires, and the Lord, being neutral to everyone, does not interfere with the desires of the minute independent living entities. However, when one desires Krishna, the Lord takes special care and encourages one to desire in such a way that one can attain to Him and be eternally happy.

--HOW ABOUT THIS------If God does not exist THEN hope does not exist? Something or Someone good had to have made the marvelous things we have on this earth!
--CREDIT has to be given to someone or something, take your choice!
--FOR AS THE BIBLE -states of God:
(James 1:17) “17 Every good gift and every perfect present is from above, for it comes down from the Father of the [celestial] lights, and with him there is not a variation of the turning of the shadow.. . .”
--SO IF THIS be true(which I strongly believe) and if we can give , lets say some partial credit to God for all good things, and as the text says "there is not a variation of the turning of the shadow"-
----Meaning that these good things have no links to badness BUT ONLY when man perverts(the seas, our air, the rainforest, the earth--through wars, greed etc) --creating that VARIATION!
---Then true hope should be as the Bible states an "anchor to the soul"(life)
-----And should not that true hope come from the God of hope?
(Romans 5:3-5) “3Â And not only that, but let us exult while in tribulations, since we know that tribulation produces endurance; 4Â endurance, in turn, an approved condition; the approved condition, in turn, hope, 5Â and the hope does NOT LEAD TO DISAPPOINTMENT (my caps); because the love of God has been poured out into our hearts through the holy spirit, which was given us.”
(Hebrews 6:19) “19 This [hope] we have as an anchor for the soul, both sure and firm. . ....”
---HOPE FOR WHAT?---For God remedying the tragic things on this earth for the good of mankind!
ALSO PLEAS NOTE---the God of the Bible IS NOT the god of destiny--so the fatalism idea is from Satan:
(Isaiah 65:11-12) “11Â “But YOU men are those leaving Jehovah, those forgetting my holy mountain, those setting in order a table for the god of Good Luck and those filling up mixed wine for the god of Destiny. 12Â And I will destine YOU men to the sword, and YOU will all of YOU bow down to being slaughtered; for the reason that I called, but YOU did not answer; I spoke, but YOU did not listen; and YOU kept doing what was bad in my eyes, and the thing in which I took no delight YOU chose.””
Jehovah God & Christ Jesus indeed have a purpose for mankind & it is all linked with the full meaning of the prayer Jesus left us as a model for content-"----thy kingdom come thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven........"(Matthew 6)

Pro is absolutely wrong because religion is NOT a prerequisite for good morals.
Con, well maybe, but I don't see destiny as having a religious connotation. The notion of a diety that is omnipotent and a murderer is asinine, which is how the bible depicts God.

Pro is false because we get our justice here, it is called the law and kharma. It is fine to make Him a part of your life.
Con is even more false because we make our destiny and nothing is set in stone. I believe that God is good but some people are bad.

your argument lacks sufficient capital to prove or disprove God.
the only argument pro God is an eyewitness.
the only argument con God is if so much evil happens to a person there in no intervention. Divine intervention.
But God is faithful, His rules of justice and divine intervention are his to follow.

With regards to the "con", there is absolute destiny and conditional destiny. Absolute destiny refers to things which are absolutely inevitable. In other words, it is inevitable that we will die eventually. That is an absolute and irrevocable destiny. Conditional destiny is something like this: if I choose to drink poison, I will die immediately. If I choose not to, I will live longer. This is the kind of thing which we can control. The fact that God knows our future, does not mean it is determined. That is an attribute of His omniscience. That future is still conditioned by our own choices and actions.
Suffering does not equal evil. Suffering helps us to grow spiritually and learn to detach ourselves from material desires.

No....I would prefer that Jesus have control over my life & destiny. He can help me make far better decisions for my life. When I step into eternity that is what will be the most important thing of all. My resurrected body & soul joined with HIM.........<>< <><
