I have tourism visa and when I came to Usa in the airport gave me 6months.If I come back after that date??????

There are a few things you need to look at. You should have the actual visa with an experation date. Then, you should have how many entries you're allowed (a lot of countries have M for multiple entries). Then, you should look at the written date on your I-94 card (the little white one when you entered the country). The date on the I-94 card is when you have to leave by unless you get an extension. When you leave, they're supposed to ask for your card back. You technically can re-enter immediately, though it may look suspicious and they can detain you. If you're looking for more than a six month stay in the US, you may want to consider some other visa options.

Next time you come in, it all starts over again. many tourist visas are marked 'multiple indefinite' and you can come and go as you please BUT only for 6 months at any one time.
