Go to the dentist but in the meantime my dentist told me to take a combination of 2 advil 200 MG and 3 tylenol 250 MG at once. He said that it works the same as taking vicodin without the effects. I tried it and it does work...However you should get this problem taken care of ASAP

After the Advil and Tylenol have worn off, that is six hours after taking it, put an aspirn on the tooth itself and let it melt in if it has no bleeding.
