Not necessarly, fillings do not have a life long expectancy. If it is a filling you have had many years it probably just needs to be replaced now. If you havent had it that long then your dentist probably didnt cure it long enough. Things like taffy and really chewy gummy things arent good for some peoples teeth that have a lot of work.
