I've always loved Nike spikes- I gave you a link to their 2007 spikes- the women's pair (Zoom Jana Star) are identical to the ones i wore and loved. I ran indoor and outdoor track in high school and in college. They are SUPER light weight and comfy!

of course, it has been a while, but I used the same track shoes for indoor events, as I did for outdoor. The difference was that I used different spikes. Just go to any running store, and ask about indoor spikes.

you should use nike womans running shoes they are very comfy and i use them for softball my self so i would no how they feel.
