I'm in love with one of my really good friends, we have known each other ever since we can remember, and I have liked her for a few years now, and the feelings just keep getting stronger.
I wanna tell her how I feel, but how can i put it in a way that if she doesnt feel the same way, that it wont make our friendship really awkward?

You could tell her and maybe she feel that same way or maybe not, but I tell you from experiences it will make you friendship with each other stronger.

I would pretend I was just before the stage of falling in love.. like: If I'm not careful I could easily fall in love with you... and see her response... then let it pass for a while... see what happens... if she sees you differently or not.... if not you will have to deal with it without telling her. If she does feel the same the problem will solve itself after that... but you need to leave a wide open space for her to easily say no... or laugh about the idea...or get shocked... or start thinking herself...
Good luck:)

you could try to find out if she feels the same way without asking HER....ask one of her other friends (a girl friend would work best - most girls have one girl friend that they tell almost EVERYTHING!)
