You could be, but I doubt it.
Have you been stressed?
How long have you been taking the pill?
Chances are it's just going to be a little late. If you miss it altogther, in a week or so take a HPT (if you don't want to mess with it at home, just take it at the store).
Also, I want to thank you. As a parent, thank you for taking the responsibility in your sexual life by using a condom and taking the pill. So few teens realize how real pregnancy it is, and it's high time more teens were like you and took precautions like an adult! Cheers!

You are most probably fine. There's so many factors that could make your period a little delayed...stress is one of them. Also even though you have a normal regular cycle...it doesn't always mean that you get your period at a certain date and time every month...it might be a day or two off...sometimes even a week depending on what you've been doing. Relax for now...if in a week or so you don't get your period then you can buy a home pregnancy test to see if you are pregnant or not...but just keep in mind that even a home pregnancy test is not 100% accurate

Been there, done that. Typically when you're on the pill you will always start at the same time each month, but honestly your body chemistry/hormones can alter that. Stress can screw around with your body big time, and commonly can mess with your normal cycle. As hard as it will be, try to keep yourself busy, do some things that help you chill out, and get your stress levels down, your body will sort itself out soon enough. Give it a couple weeks, and if you're really concerned do a couple pregnancy test. Honestly though, if you're using condoms, and taking the pill properly there's not a whole lot to worry about.

No, I don't on either account.
You are only 12 hours late...wait for a month then freak out, as you took all the precautions. Sometimes women skip a period...so:
Stop worrying and calm down, as stress can delay your period as well. Women in boot camp (I am a former Marine) normally do not have a menstural cycle for the entire time (3 months) due to stress.
Best of luck.

Relax - concern should not begin for 2 weeks at least. Many things can stall your cycle like stress, weather changes and believe it or not diet changes. You may run like clock work but sometimes clocks slip. Just try to relax and if you pass the 2 week mark get a home test - the only 100% absolute not going to get pregnant method is abstinence any thing else leaves a window of opportunity. Good Luck!

well its not for me to say, but if i was you i would not worry too much, just becasue your period has been constantly regular does not mean that it will continue that way, and when taking the contracceptive pill it can take your body a long time to addapt to the new hormone changes cause by the pill.
when i first started taking it my period was so light that it was a drop that i bearly noticed, just keep an eye on it for a little whyle, and if your period does not start within the next two weeks, go and get a pregnancy test or consult your doctor,
try not to worry too much hun
good luck x x x

You can go to planned parenthood or the school nurse for a test. If you've been stressing about this for 3 weeks, then you could be late from that. Have you been on the pill for more than a month? If not you're at a higher risk of pregnancy.

Did you know that stress can mess with your periods?
When i'm worried or stressed about things it can either bring on my period early, delay it, or, I have actually missed a period completely.
Try not to worry too much and your period will probably start. Otherwise, wait a few weeks and get a test done.

Well, you sound a little stressed, sometimes when you experience stress, it comes a little late. Also, it shouldn't be based on the wed. morning thing, actually, i usually start mine on weekend nights, and i just started mine today. it's based on the 28 day thing, girli-o, so try not to worry too much and wait like a week or so before worrying about something as drastic as that, kk???

If you are that worried do a home pregnancy test. It is unlikely but remember if you have sex the consequence may be that you end up pregnant. You need to think about that before having sex again.
