I hope he doesn't. I am a big Sr, Jr fan. But i don't think its right for Jr to go and drive the # 3, that was his fathers number. Hopefully he'll be able to keep #8 if he does go to RCR. Jr isn't his father, its not like driving the #3 car will magically enable him to win muti-championships. Jr is his own person, not another Sr.

sometimes mind-set is the factor between winning and losing, he has his daddy's drive and desire, yet the environment of DEI is not conducive to winning, you cannot be a winner with such distractions hanging over your head, It affects you mentally, and ramps down the best of your abilities. IN my opinion, jr. should walk tall and proud to RCR, ----here I am, I have come to win---Daddy is gone, I am here to carry on, the # is not an issue, --I want respect, my talent is beyond the most exact examination that you can give

Probably. I don't really know if that would be the deal or not.. But I could definately see Richard doing it. I think he wants that Black #3 back on the track, and rightfully so. I don't think he'd ever let anyone else drive it though.. other than an Earnhardt. And what you said about Jr not being Sr... You're right! There totally opposite of each other... Jrs driving style is FARRRR from being anything like Srs. Jr is great in his own perspective.. But no-one will ever compare to Earnhardt SR

No. Jr. is content to stay with DEI, at the moment. He is concerned with winning a race. Afterall, His father built DEI for Jr. and his siblings. Secondly, Why do you people ask if Jr. is going to ever drive the #3? The #3 was changed to the #29 after Dale Sr died and now Kevin Harvick drive the #29. THE IS NO MORE #3.

I agree with you and I don't really see Jr going to RCR. If he leaves DEI that company will perish and all the work Dale Sr did would be forgotten. No one wants to see that happen and Jr will probably compromise with his stepmom before seeing the company being run into the ground.

The #3 has been retired. If Junior goes to RCR, it'll be because there were/are some mighty stupid people at DEI. The guy is THE FACE of NASCAR and DEI stands to lose everything if they don't come around to Junior's way of thinking. If he does go with RCR, DEI will fold within a couple of years.

He will never go in to RCR at least not until the end of his career, he is WAY TO IMPORTANT TO DEI they wont let him go. I think it would be cool if he did get into the #3 you still see drivers having the same numbers as their dads. I think a majority of his fans and Sr's would like to see him be in it once or twice at least, but not permanently

richard childress still owns the number 3, if jr does sign with rcr he will definetely drive the number 3 car with budweiser as the sponsor.

if he jump to RCR i dont think he can keep the same number cause i belive that dei have the right to the number 8 car but not his sponser so if he dose jump i think he would be racing the number 3 car but with a diffrent paint scheme

Not a big Sr. or Jr. fan but leave the #3 retired... that is how it should be.

Not a Jr. or Sr. fan, so it wouldn't effect me in any way - but, I do think that if he drives the 3 car? That's just wishin' on a star for his luck to turn around...and kinda...morbid :/
