Yes she does, but she's not sure if she wants you to know that yet, which is why she looks away when u look at her. She might have some issues she needs to sort out before she decides whether or not she wants to make the move. But for now, you are definitely eye-candy to her!

It means she has a curiosity about you that attracts your attention to her. Given that most females do not really pay attention to anything; blinded by the tickering and tattering tatters that flog about in their emotional brains, I'd say it says something about the very effect you have on females.

Its possible that she does, but she really doesnt know how to express it to you being that she is popular and you're not. She is eventually going to say something to you or do nothing at all.

If she constantly looking at you than you could have some boogers coming down your nose, or could it be what your wearing? If none of that than she most definitly wants to lick you head to toe.
