No.
There's no evidence of any kind that anyone can or ever has been able to "see" the future.

You can prove this to yourself, no matter what "people" believe...

When you run across someone who claims to be able to see the future, do a very simple test: Have them write down 20 "predictions" that will happen within the next week. They have to be specific, they can't just say things like "there will be a major accident and people will die," because anybody could say that and it'd probably come true. Specific things in specific places -- if they can "see" the future, this shouldn't be a problem.
Then wait a week, and see how many came true. You'll then see that nobody can see the future.

Nobody -- not one single person -- who has ever submitted their "visions" to this kind of actual testing has ever done better than chance. Ever. And they never will :)

Peace.

Yes and No.

Yes, we can 'see' future potential events. The problem is in understanding that from the perspective of any one moment in 'time', there are an infinite number of potential outcomes, and until the consciousness of the individual observer decides which outcome to pursue, no-one else can say which 'future' will play out for that person's awareness.

So.......whilst one can predict futures, it is essential to remember that no-one's 'future' is fixed, and all outcomes are subject to the exercise of 'Intent', what we generally call 'free will', at any point of decision.

Actually, I believe that if we could stand back, outside of this 'reality' then we could see that all outcomes do play out, in their own 'reality path'

I believe that you can see into the future by looking back into the past.

Weird Al Yankovic made a good prediction. He said that the stars predict tomorrow you'll wake up, do a bunch of stuff, and then go back to sleep.

Wow!!!
