doctor, just to be sure. you say a circle, not a lump, and dont say if it itches so i guess it doesnt. some are prone to getting yeast infections or fungal infections because of the constant skin on skin contact and fact that we sweat so theres moisture. since you can point to a procedure your recently had in that area, definitely check with yr doctor. sounds like yr in UK ??? if you have nurse clinics where a nurse could check it out.

i'm not exactly positive what this is. however, it could be a sign of breast cancer, since i read in a book that if you have a lump under your boobs, u might have breast cancer. my advice is to consult a doctor and see what they say. like i said, i am not SURE of this, but it is a possibility.
