what happens if we keep gelato in the freezer? Would it turn out to be hard like ice creams?

Yea it does its not the same soft served product it was when you bought it but its still good. But it is the best when its first made. My fravorite flavor is cherry cheese cake.

It will become hard like an ice cream sorry to say. Let is soften at room temp for a bit and should be more like gelato but sorry to say cant compare to gelato stores
