What about the idea of forced sterilization of immigrants in exchange for entry into the US?

Sure, as long as we can make it retro-active. :)

Making the illegal immigrants go back is just enforcing our civil right to have our laws enforced. Sterilizing people would be against their human rights.

If we had known we could have sterilized George W. Bush's mother and we wouldn't have had this problem to begin with.

I like the idea, better yet, how about retroactive sterilization? And I bet the Mexican government would pay the cost of the operations.

First you'd have to build a molt around the boarder states and fill it with crocodiles from Florida and with the all the dirt you fill in New Orleans solving all three problems.

We do NOT have "immigration problems". We have a problem of letting in drug dealers, people who steal identities, people who drive a car drunk and kill people, and people who fly planes into the WTC.

Immigrants who wash our dishes, clean our homes, sweep our streets and babysit our children are NOT the problem.

Your idea is absurd. Did anybody ever teach you that everybody has basic human rights and one of them includes not to be forcibly sterilized?

How about the idea of overhauling a SYSTEM that lets bad people in and keeps good people out (because they are "illegal").

I know it's not fashionable to see the side of immigrants on Yahoo answers. Now go ahead and give me 15 thumbs down for saying this.

I am sure that most of the illegal immigrants from Mexico are good workers and care enough about their families to come to a strange country, work for less, live in a commune, and send their hard-earned money back to their families in Mexico. However, unless they were homeless, going hungry, and living under persecution, I would think it would be more loving to stay in their own country with their loved ones.

If people are able to raise enough money to pay the smugglers who get them over here, maybe they aren't that poor to begin with. I would really like to hear what is so bad in Mexico for the people that come here that causes such a driving force to leave their homeland.

Forget sterilization. How about decapitation?

Sterilization AND deportation. That would work.

You just say that because you are too weak and infertile, and envy us immigrants that have enough for five women.
