Of course, different parts will be higher and lower. Does anyone know where I can find this information? Like how many feet above sea level is the coast of South Australia, what are the highest and lowest parts of SA? I ask because I would like to know which parts of Australia will flood if the sea level rises 20 feet. Thanks!

Try using Google Earth. That program allows you to "mouse over" large areas very quickly and see what their elevations are, in feet or meters.
