What has happened to people waiting...I liked this guy -an enigma whether he was shy or a TRUE player-and well he's insisted on me going home with him on our 2nd date (not counting the first time we meet at a club). There's been chemistry from moment 1...fire. Yet, I didn't want to...because I don't know him and because I don't feel it was right to do (I'm not casual abt things like this). We made out from day 1 though...
Anyway, the idea..how long do you wait (I'm not even BEGINNING to discuss the fact that you shouldn't before marriage)..I know people do it..just want to know what's the max guys and girls wait?
There was potential. Would you guys (in your 20s) wait for long for a girl?

If he's a good man and really cares for you he'll wait. I didn't have sex until I was 21, and although I like it, I am still very selective. It can be a really emotional thing for a woman. It's especially hard to hold back when that chemistry is there, but usually when you do it too soon they don't respect you, and or don't stick around. I have actually had men tell me they respect me for making them wait until we see how the relationship goes. These are the kinds of men you want to be with. Too bad there are not more of them. Guys can wait, even when they are in their 30's!

I waited until I got married at 30. A lot of guys tried to coax me into it. They called me a tease and told me no guy was ever going to wait for me until marriage and sometimes I believed them but I wasn't into the casual sex thing. My favorite saying was sex leads to three things- pregnancy, heartbreak, and STDs. The worst of these is heartbreak. I've been married now for almost 2 years and I love my husband. Not that marriage is easy- it's a lot of work. But he doesn't have any STDs, I know he loves me enough to stay with me, and when I got pregnant I was ready- thank God because we had twins!!! Hang in there, girl.
P.S. I'm using my husbands account so thats why it's got a boys name.

Tell him no sex until the i do's are said and your pronounced someones wife and you believe in dating 1-2 yrs first.Watch him leave burn marks on the pavement when he runs away.He may say "thats cool, im up with that", just so youll think he is a safe bet.Think of what you have to lose without committment( a shack up or pre marital sex isnt committment even with a "i love you").Think of what you have to gain by waiting until after youre married.

nicely, i'm possibly the only one like this, yet i do no longer want to have intercourse. i visit excitement a girl, yet i do no longer want something in return or intercourse. i'm possibly the only guy who will say this lol. i might rather want to attend quite a few months in the previous pleasuring a girl yet that doesn't artwork in those cases. the only 2 GF I actual have had broke up/cheated on me reason i does no longer do something sexual after the 1st few weeks. I actual have given up on society.

if I really liked the girl, I'd wait as long as she needed. I'd only have sex as long as I knew that she was 100% willing and eager to do so. Until then, there's always other things :)

He should not have a problem waiting for several dates,
even if that takes months...
Second date demands are cause to stop dating him...
