My local store has recently been stocking Uruguyan and Argentinian fillet steak; which is the finest?

Argentine beef is rated as one of the finest meat in the world. I totally disagree with the opinion that only whatever is from USA is good, or close to it. That is disgusting.

American/Canadian, Japanese, or English/Scottish/Irish though not nescarily in that order.

I would take the Argentinian over the Uruguyan, probably, but it would really all depend on how the individual cut of meat looked to me at the time of purchase.

probobly the one that is from a country that is closer to the USA so it doesn't have to travel long and get really gross.
