You don't NEED a boyfriend at 13. Most guys don't mature until high school or college. I'm still young (23) and looking back, it was pretty dumb of me to even date until I was 18, because it was a waste of time and ruined my grades because I was focused more on my g/f and also because I was hurt everytime I was dumped after a few months of dating. I would say wait or move on because he already likes someone else.

I totally agree with skater_ace_4ever. You are definetely NOT too young for a boyfriend, as long as it isn't a serious I-want-to-marry-you kind of thing (that creeps people out =P). If he likes someone else, that can really hurt. You should take your mind off of him for a little while and see what other guys are available. If you watch closely, you might actually notice some guys who seem interested. I've done that recently, and now I have three potential b/fs. I originally liked this one guy, but he was in love with my worst enemy, so now we're just friends, and I like another guy who I'm going to go with soon. If you try to focus on someone else for a while, the guy you like now might start to wonder where you are and might look for you. How cute would that be? Hope I helped. Hey, all the rest of these people are wrong. You can have a boyfriend at 13, Too many people think were too young to love. Thats not true, Sorry I already have a girlfriend but what you need to do is let his relationship run its course, if you screw with his relationship then he wont even try to get you. Just play it safe at thirteen judgement can be a problem I know im 13. Anyway, just play it cool and find a guy who appreciates you for who you are not who you are trying to be. So, like I said play it cool and play it safe, lay back and enjoy life as a teen because it will soon be gone. Most people just dont realize how capable we are, TEEN POWER!

You don't need a boyfriend. You were getting along great without one for the past 13 years, you don't *need* one now. If you want one, you need to wait and watch for an opportunity, and try to talk to a lot of guys. If you want that one guy in general, there's really not a lot you can politely do if he's dating her, but if he's not try and get to know him and ask him out.

Dont look for guys...if you do you could be missing out on someone who really likes you but just hasnt said anything yet..and if you go off and just date anyone then you will be taken so he wont get to go out with you..so just wait they will find you..trust me

im 12 and ive had 10 boyfriends sence the adge of 11 and somtimes their fun but somtimes they can be sooooooo anoying
