When i was in canada, I found many vets who did ear cropping. Just call one and make an apointment =]

Good job on getting a dobie! I have had them since i was a baby!

If it was going to be done should have been done 4 months ago, now the cartilage has hardened so chances are if you do get done the ears will fail to stand, I have seen in the past a few screwed up crops, also knowing how to properly tape will be as important as the cropping surgery.
Nowadays most vets in Ontario are refusing as they consider cropping a mutilation.

A list of the Canadian doberman club chapters are listed here

the breeder directory may also be of help to you

But this article may prove helpful as it discusses cropping, taping and the 3 styles of crop, it also discusses how to find a vet, and this is important as you need to find a vet who has a ligh level of experience. http://www.dobermanclub.org/Buying_Puppy/ears.html

I'm sorry but your dog is to old to be cropped, it won't take. You have to do it between 8 -12 weeks before the cartilidge hardens.
