My younger sister's friends say she should found some one she likes but she has a hard time with that. I also think she should find someone she likes because she only like this one guy for 1 or 2 weeks. How could she found the guy she is looking for? what do boys like about girls at the years of there pre- teens?

Pre-teens are tough years. Not to many boys/girls are actually ready to be interested in the opposite.
Even if your sis likes a certain boy does not mean she is ready to approach. Her friends should back off, and if they are true friends they would not pressure her to like a boy. You as the "older sis" she let her know this. She is still young and not in need of anything a relationship with a boy can bring.
Keep her head in her studies. It may not be cool to be educated in teen years, but in the long run she will be proud of her education. That goes for yourself too.
Take it from experience, don't let people influence you to do anything your uncomfortable with, even if it just liking a certain boy.

Pre teens and she is looking for a guy...................and you are worried that she has so far only like one guy for a couple of weeks. Good lord, tell her to go ride her bike with her girlfriends, she has plenty of years left before she needs to worry about boys.

At that age, it's all hormones. A different bf or gf every couple of weeks is not the end of the world. When she gets older, she'll know better what she wants in a partner.
