Weight has nothing to do with age!!!

You need to take your height and bone structure into consideration.

Talk to your doctor. They'll be able to tell you whether your the proper weight for your body type.

Are you 4'10'' or 5'11" Also you don't want to diet at that age just cut out junky stuff. If you take out fruit, veggies, dairy, protein, or grain you will stunt your growth. Not good. Just get up and move.

It really depends on your height.
I'm 86 and 13.
I exercise by playing with my puppy and walking around the neighborhood in the morning because it gets hot later. (I live in Arizona. Bleck.) It's very nice outside...also, get into sports and stuff! :D

Normal weight depends on your height, not your age.
