Ok, my goal is to lose 3pounds a week..... How do i reach this goal every ending week... What should i do......
Tell me if im on the right track to losing 3 every week.......
I workout at the gym atleast 80mins a day......cardio and weight training
Im on a protein diet.... i dont eat nything with sugar or salt.... no sodas etc.... just lean protein and a shake..... umm i drink loads of water.... anyway should i b workoing out more than 80mins a day? should i b eating less or more? nywya i just need ur help .. Thanks

80 mins everyday sounds like too much. Maybe you should cut that down to every other day, to give your body time to catch up.
You should really eat a variety of foods and not just stick to one or two items. Try adding in fruits and veggies! Also, you should include a fat somewhere in the day. Good job on drinking loads of water--keep it up!

Remember that a healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week!
