I don't know what to do I was really good friends with this one person but now it seems like they are attracted to me I do not want to be mean what do I do??

If you are truly friends, you should be able to be totally honest and tell this person that your feelings for them are not of the romantic nature. You don't have to be harsh or cruel. Just be matter of fact and if they cannot accept this, then your friendship may change or even end. If it does, try not to feel badly, as you need to be true to yourself and your feelings.
