i need to loose 10 pounds, will i be able to loose it all in two weeks if i eat only cereal and fruits throught my day those two weeks?

Trust me if you only eat fruit for two weekss none stop you'll be on the toilet more than you'll be off it.

Sorry to break it to you, but it's not physically possible to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks, even if you starve yourself. And if you're going on a diet and only eat fruits and cereal, then that will definitely not help you lose weight. Fruits are ALL sugar and even though they're low fat, sugar turns into fat which means that it'll be harder for you to lose weight. Fruits in diets are good, but maybe like an apple and an orange a day. Not too much. Now if you want to lose weight, you have to eat veggies, lean meats, protein, and drink plenty of water. For lean meats and protein, think chicken breasts and turkey. Eat salads but no dressing or some healthy organic dressing. Cut out all junk food whatsoever. Eat small portions for meals and little snacks throughout the day (really little). You should be good to go.

I think you could lose the 10 pounds in two weeks, but not due to the fact that you have lost fat. You'll be on a high laxative diet considering the fruit and the fiber in cereal.
You will eliminate the excess weight, but then get back on a normal diet before you hurt yourself.

Why abuse your body? Sometimes extra fat is not the most important problem with your health. Accept who you are and hold your head high. Be as healthy as you can be and the weight should take care of its self.Try to eat a balanced diet but smaller portions and use the best food supplement out there. Try drinking the whole fruit juice of the mangosteen. Some people have reported fat-loss with this juice.

It's not healthy to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks. It takes time. And, you can't just eat fruit and cereal, you need meat and vegetables too.
Just eat smaller meals (try using a smaller plate) and drink lots of water.
