how many? or did you give up for national no smoking day?

NOPE....though when I was on break duty at school, some of the kids asked me if I wanted to sneak a quick drag with them......I was proud to tell them I'm now on day 5 of not smoking!!!! gave up because I was too ill to swallow at weekend let alone smoke, so I thought I'd grab the opportunity of he cold turkey being a bit easier!!!!

I'm onto my second 20 as usual. The good thing about being on here is I need both hands to type so I don't smoke so much.

i never even realised that it was national no smoking day !!! i've had one cigarette, and will probably have another before bedtime. i know it's a bad habit, but at least i've managed to cut back to just 2 a day.

Yes. I had one simply because it was 'No Smoking Day'. And I don't even smoke.

i smoked about 15 2day! way more than usual i was very bored in university! forgot it was national non-smoking day....oops
