Weight loss supplements don't work. They may slightly raise your metabolism for a while, but eventually when you stop your body will go back to its natural metabolic rate. So while you may lose more weight faster, it will come back quickly also. The best way to lose weight is to make decisive long-term changes to your eating habits and exercise. I recommend lots of low fat protein, (Chicken breast, tuna and soy protein.) green vegetables, salads and fruit. Apples are perhaps the best food for controlling the appetite. There are web sites that help you come up with a eating plan without spending a lot of money to consult a nutritionist, but if you can afford it that is your best bet.

We are what we eat, but we are at least as much what we don't do. Calorie intakes in 1900 and 1950 were higher than they are now, we just don't use them up!

A healthy amount of exercise is 30-40 minutes of vigorous exercise per day 4-5 days a week. I hate to think what percentage of the UK population does that 2%? 5%?

I have also seen hundreds of questions with this same pattern :- I am fat, tell me where on line I can get this super diet or herbal/dangerous/illegal drug that I hear will fix it for me in 10 minutes without the need for me to get off the couch!

It won't work pal! Stackers is a mix of amino acids also sold as an aid to excercise. It is absolutely useless on both counts!

I don't know any thing about stackers slimming tablets. i would advise you not to take tablets for slimming if you need to loose weight go to weight watchers. if you don't want to go to weight watchers drink 2liters of water every day walk as mush as you can put your meals on a smaller plait but don't take tablets that you didn't get from your doctor because you don't know what is in these tablets or if there is side affects be very careful this is your health you are playing with.

Stacker are known to increase you metabolism which also burns calories. The problem with these is that they can also increase your heart rate. You can have feelings of hot flashes also.
I have found that it is better to use something that is alittle less harsh to your system, something that won't make your heart race. I have struggled for years with my weight after having children. I am trying the Apple Patch Diet which seems to be working for me. It could work for you also. This is the site I went to, to order mine. Hope it works for you.
