Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't Horatio a character from the play Hamlet, written by William Shakespeare? I believe the term you're reaching for, and falling severely short of, is fellatio. Yes, that would be it. And no, that is false. I hope nobody else saw this question, because if I was you, I'd take it off out of sheer embarrassment.

Actually, that is not true. Monica was history by that time. The attack on Serbia was to eliminate the possibility of evidence surfacing regarding the crash of Ron Brown's airplane.

That's all just rumor. I have no doubt he got blown in the Oval Office. What was going on at the time is mere conjecture. The story I heard was he had Colin Powell on the phone while staining her dress. Who knows. Its ancient history, anyway.
