There's a few ways...
Ointments or antiperspirants
This treatment is for patients moderately affected with hyperhidrosis and for such a treatment Drysol is suggested. This treatment involves drying the skin and applying this product on the affected area. This process should be repeated every night until the sweating is under control. After sweating is under control repeat this process 1 or 2 times a week and use a deodorant.
Oral anticholinergic medication
Certain oral anticholinergic medications can also prevent sweating caused by Acetylcholine, the main cause of excessive sweating. There are some negative side effects associated with this treatment, mainly dry mouth, urinary retention, blurred vision and palpitations.
Surgical Treatment
The surgical treatment to stop excessive sweating involves destructing the specific area of sympathetic nervous system that controls the flow of sweating. There are no. of ways to remove sympathetic ganglions like cauterizing them, removing them, clipping them and cutting the branches. As there are certain risks associated with all types of surgery, this surgery also carries some risks like allergic to drugs or getting infected at the site of operation. Other risks could be cardiac problems, blood clotting or urinary tract infections. Above all, the risk is percentage is very low i.e. about 1%.

It is heredity. Plain and simple. I have the exact opposite problem and I retain water due to this. It is horrible either way. You can use deodarant and other products but it will still happen.

deodarant doesn't stop you from sweating its mean't to make the sweat and ur armpit smell good....my son had your same problem a long time ago its called hyperhidrosis, but i told my physician and he recommended maxim, it stops overperspiration. ask your physician about maxim or actually tell him/her about the condition and have them recommend something else.
the site for the product that helped my son is....

don't sweat it. It happens to everyone at one point. Just try to where short sleeve shirts and shorts or something that won't keep you hot. do a lot of physical activity to get yourself in better shape. This will help to.
